Schedule Analysis of All Types

YOU NEED: A properly maintained and impacted contract schedule that has been utilized in field planning and control.
Most modern/recent caselaw favors schedule analysis that stems from facts and real event information that is available only looking backward upon the events and involved logic. Therefore the analysis used should be a retrospective or but-for analysis style analysis.
There are a number of varieties of retrospective analysis. They vary with the level and quality of contemporaneous records, the available updates and quality of the contract schedule. The most widely accepted analysis methodology is a "Window Analysis" style. Selected and contiguous time windows are selected and each analyzed separately. Then they are aggregated for a total result.
These are time-consuming analyses and therefore rather costly. Often due to the cost expenditure they are forfeited for less expensive analyses, like a "Time-Impact Analysis."
Vision Consultants has experience in all types of Impact/Delay analysis.
